Terms of Service

Last updated: July 17, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Miss No Call website, business portal, admin systems (where applicable), and related inbound AI appointment-scheduling services operated by NEXORA TECH SOLUTIONS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide inbound AI voice answering and appointment scheduling tools (booking, rescheduling, and cancellation), call logs and transcripts, wallet-based usage credits, and related features enabled for your account. The product is for businesses to manage inbound appointment calls — not outbound sales dialing or sales-agent campaigns. Marketing pages describe current capabilities and may change. The service is designed for Canadian businesses; availability of phone numbers and carriers may vary by region.

2. Accounts and responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your business account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. You must ensure that your use of the AI scheduler (including scripts, prompts, knowledge content, and how caller data is handled) complies with applicable law and with any notice/consent obligations you owe to your customers.

3. AI and accuracy disclaimer

The inbound AI scheduler uses speech recognition and generative models. It may misunderstand speech, provide incomplete information, or book imperfect appointments. You remain responsible for verifying critical bookings and for customer communications. See also our Service Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or deceptive calling or messaging practices;
  • Use the service as an outbound sales dialer or for cold-calling / sales-agent campaigns;
  • Attempt to access another tenant’s data or interfere with platform security;
  • Reverse engineer or resell the service except as expressly permitted in writing;
  • Upload unlawful content or content you do not have rights to use in knowledge bases or prompts.

5. Billing and credits

Usage is billed in credits according to rates published in-product or agreed with you. Recharges and AutoPay (when enabled) are processed through our payment provider. Credits are for service usage, are denominated as described in-product (typically CAD-linked), and are not transferable unless we agree otherwise in writing.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, abuse, security risk, or material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; outstanding amounts remain payable.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the three (3) months before the claim (or a higher amount if required by law). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue, except where mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
